Color 3D Printed Turtle Shells-Knoxville Zoo

This was a collection of very realistic and 1:1 scale shells made for the new herpetology house at the Knoxville Zoo. Most of the shells were 3D scanned from actual specimens but I sculpted several of them from scratch as there were no specimens available. I also textured and mapped every shell as they were color printed in a special strong and moisture resistant plastic.
